First Plyo Session in a While
First plyo session since being sick... about two and a half weeks. Keith and Dana were ready to rock. They've been progressing while I was on my back.
My first set felt pretty good. I was able to push it and keep up with Keith and Dana. But my second, third and fourth... well... not so much. They hurt.
Keith added two new core exercises to the end of each set. Plank exercises. Wow, ouch, wow. Couldn't complete the last plank hold... which I love... always good to push myself. Keith and Dana were able to complete conversationally. And they helped me along which was great! Thanks!
Another guy named Keith stopped by. He was interested and decided to do it with us. Funniest moment was after his first set (our third) when we said, ok, one more set to go... and he realized that he had to do it all over again! He was working hard and did a great job. He said he'll be back next Friday.
I enjoyed it. I'm writing this the day after the session. My ass muscles are killing me. Good workout. Seems like I lost some muscular endurance in the flu. But I'll get it back.
