Plyo Session
Plyo with Keith and Dana. Dana freshly back from Jamaica. Keith strong as always. We did a combo of the old plyo routine and the new one.
Seemed a little easier than the original one, but it used more muscles. Or maybe I'm getting into better condition. Hey, there's a thought.
I know my heart is getting way up there. Heart monitor tells me so. But it feels like I can operate in that zone better now. Or maybe I'm just recovering more quickly.
Whatever it is, I'm feeling better and better about these sessions. They clearly help.
We didn't do lunges. I think Keith and Dana are trying to look out for my knee. Next week I'm gonna recommend that they do lunges and I do something else leg-based so that I don't hold them up.
We also did Keith and Dana's 20-20-20 decline situp medicine ball workout. Wow. Ouch. Dana was gentle with the throws, but even still it hurt. Good exercise. Dana and Keith rocked through them... they've been doing them for a couple weeks.
