Pilates Workout



Good pilates workout. Keith was there. Dana was swimming so we saw her afterwards. Abby's trying to trick us into learning a move called "The Teaser." It's a hard balance and strength move that I just can't do. So she's been slowly working more and more teaser-like exercises into the workout. Which is great because it gets me closer each time. Maybe in six or seven years I'll be able to do it properly. Tonight was a good overall workout. Just about the same routine, which in general is fine for me. A little more variety might keep me motivated week to week but in general I'm a by-the-plan type anyway... I'll do the same workout over and over and over and over.
