Plyo with Keith



First plyo in a while. I felt it. Not as fluid and feel-good as it was a month ago. As Keith says, I'm coming back off of a recovery. It'll take a week or two. Leg muscles burning. Core off-balance. Keith threw in some core during one of the exercises and it took its toll. As always, a great workout. Big thanks to Keith for taking the time to find new exercises and keep things moving forward. Coming back off of a recovery I can feel how important these exercises are to the overall fitness plan. If they didn't hurt they wouldn't work.
