Body Weight
Wow... 169.5 this morning. I haven't really backed off the food much... but I am eating more healthy stuff. In the last week I've lost about eight and a half pounds. I think this is reflective of how bloated I was with junk fook a week ago. I also think that my body weight has cycles and that maybe I'm at a down part in the cycle. Who knows... it'll take some time to get enough data to see what's happening.
