An esteemed group from Teamstaff was in town so we entertained them at McKendrick's tonight.
We started out with some fried lobster, an amazing delight. I had never had fried lobster before. Apparently it's an Altanta delicacy... which makes sense considering Atlanta's proximity to large bodies of water.
Our group ordered a good mix of steak and seafood. My New York Strip was cooked much more raw than I had expected, but it was excellent.
The COO and a couple others from Teamstaff said that they're interested in skydiving. We'll see if we can get them jumping sometime soon.
Joe Elswick dug into his deep pocket of excellent Navy stories... and they all seem to end with a Marine getting made fun of... which gave Alan, an ex-Marine, a quick opening.
A great time was had by all. Thanks to the team from Teamstaff for putting up with us! We hope to do it again soon!
