Jump 179 - Skydive Perris
My last coaching jump of the day. Eli
wanted me to explore the new leg and arm
positions by transitioning a lot between sit
and head down. If it wasn't working in head
down I'd go right back into a sit.
The goal is to not allow the body/mind to
remember bad positions.
It worked well, but I still wasn't as stable
as the previous jump.
All in all, an excellent four coaching
jumps. I'll be able to take these short
lessons back to Atlanta and learn from
them.
