Big welcome to Pawan who will be helping us out on the programming side of things. Pawan brings a wealth of experience to the team and will jump into the code immediately. He'll work from his home and from my basement, when we need to collaborate. I've needed the help for a while and I can't wait to offload some stuff to him.
I had planned on hiring more developers but am starting out slowly to be budget-conscious and revenue-tied. In fact, I had come close to commmitting to another gentleman but had to back off of that because of, well, numbers.
So, now we have Peter and his Blog Studio team in Toronto working on template designs and html cleanup. Marty T working on implementing Peter's recommendations. Pawan working with me on a bunch of things. A group of two in Berlin working on some of the core datablogging features (although we're still discussion how to partner/arrange the contract). John Broaddus rocking the bizdev monkey (a Marty T phrase). My father developing business and providing grey hairs when needed. My sister helping with private label setup, marketing and admin stuff. Mark Lowman helping with business leads and general guidance. Heather working on the accounting to keep me on budget.
Not to mention the amazing contributions from guys like Lance Weatherby, Dominic Turano and others (sorry if I forgot you).
Wow... awesome group! Now we need to land some (more) sales. Burn rate up, but in a good way.
