This is one of the greatest movies ever... eeevvver. When it first came out I saw it something like five times in the theatre.
Tonight I saw it on TV. It's the edited version. They've butchered it. Absolutely butchered it. From taking out some of the more compelling but not plot-required parts to all of the cuss replacements... the cleaned version just sucks.
I'm getting a few things done on the computer while it plays in the background. Every now and then I get a chuckle from one of the edits.
But the movie still stands as one of the best movies ever.
